About ZypCRM
Last updated: 20 October 2026
ZypCRM is a set of free tools for everyday file jobs: combining and signing PDFs, shrinking photos for upload forms, turning artwork into cut files for Cricut and laser machines, and converting spreadsheets and data. It is built and run by Yoorie, a small independent software studio.
Who runs this site
ZypCRM is owned and operated by Yoorie. Yoorie designs, builds, tests and writes everything on the site: the tools, the guides and the policies. You can reach the people who run it directly at hello@yoorie.com – there is no ticket system or chatbot in between.

Why we built it
Most “free online converters” work by uploading your file to a server, processing it there and sending it back. That is slow on mobile data, it often comes with daily limits or watermarks, and it means a copy of your contract, passport scan or family photo sits on a computer you know nothing about.
Modern browsers no longer need that round trip. With WebAssembly and well-tested open-source libraries, a laptop or phone can merge a PDF, re-encode a JPEG or trace a logo into vector paths in a second or two. So that is how every ZypCRM tool works: the page loads the code, and your device does the work. Your files are read from your disk into the browser tab’s memory, processed, and handed back to you as a download. They are not sent to us.
What “runs in your browser” means in practice
- No uploads. You can check this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab and use any tool. You will see code and, for the AI tools, model files being downloaded – but your document or photo is never sent anywhere.
- Works offline after loading. Once a tool page (and its engine) has loaded, you can switch off Wi-Fi and keep using it.
- Speed depends on your device. A ten-year-old phone will be slower than a new laptop, and very large files can run out of memory. Each tool page lists its practical limits.
How we decide what to build
We start from real tasks – “my bank portal wants a PDF under 2 MB”, “Design Space imported my SVG at the wrong size”, “I need to blur the kids’ faces before posting” – and build the smallest tool that does that job well. Then we write a guide for it that explains the settings, the trade-offs and the mistakes we made while testing. If a tool cannot do something reliably (for example, read text from a scanned PDF), we say so on the page rather than hiding it.
We do not build tools for removing other people’s watermarks, breaking passwords or DRM, or anything that mainly helps people use content they do not own.
How the site is funded
ZypCRM is free and has no paid tier. It is funded by advertising, which we show in clearly marked spaces around the tools – never inside the tools themselves and never as fake download buttons. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for how advertising cookies work; you can accept or reject them at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Open source
The tools stand on excellent open-source projects such as PDF.js, pdf-lib, qpdf, VTracer and SheetJS. The full list with licences is on the open-source licences page.

We read every message. Bug reports with the browser name and a description of the file (not the file itself, unless you are happy to share it) help us most.
